RADIO PROGRAM

We first will start a production company to produce a radio program called “Time to Rest Your Heart” to be broadcasted in the capital city of Bangkok. The audience is about 10 millions educated and uneducated people who are in the low, upper middle and high classes of the country. The majority of them are upper middle. Since there is a government’s restriction not to win soul on air in Bangkok, we can only offer counseling with the words of God to them.

RADIO PROGRAM STRATEGY

• We will manage to get the airtime during the rush hour where the people in Bangkok are struck in traffic and will listen to the radio program

• We will have celebrity co-hosts such as movie star, singer, song composer, prominent businessman, pastors or visiting experts in certain issues of live-To reach the group leaders of the country in the capital city

• We have the testimonies of the people that have victorious life in Christ on air.

• To introduce Jesus as a wonderful counselor with salvation being the ultimate goal

• In order to prepare heart to be ready for the gospel, we offer to help counseling with their problems first

• To reach them by offering love, understanding and help for their problems by providing Christian based counseling to the Thais who are struggling with depression, addiction, abuses, and other hindrances keeping them from walking in complete freedom.

• To get airtime around 7-8 pm while people are still in the traffic for they listen to the radio.

• The location of the Center will be in the heart of Bangkok.

The tentative topics of the radio program of each month

“Verbally and emotional Abuses are wrong”

Problems: Thai people by culture have never been taught to express love by words or action. They believe that only to kill is a sin. They have never been taught that to hurt people by words, to break children or people’s hearts are sinful. They are not aware of the damages they have done to their children’s hearts. The consequences are great. They children grow up with pain of rejection, become rebellious and become the problem in society when they grow up.

Objectives and goal:

• To save the abused children
• To teach them God’s words about love, kindness and how to love your children God’s way.
• To stop verbal and emotional abuses in the family and the school
• To create the atmosphere of love in the family and school
• To speak to the children and the teens that they are loved
• To encourage them to call in to the counseling center when problems exist
• To start the campaign, “Tell your children every day you love them” (awards will be given to the mothers or fathers who have changed their actions.)

2) What kind of words which are considered abuse?

3) Stop abuse your children with your word?

4) Do not break your children’s little hearts?

5) What are the consequences of your abusive words and moods?

6) The thoughts are counted, both bad and good?

9) It is so easy to injure your children; it is hard to heal them emotionally.

Topic of the month

“Give people a second chance and third chance”

 Problems: With the belief that people make mistakes, they are deserved to punished, they tend not to forgive but think that they do not deserve a second chance but be condemned.

Objective and goal:

• To encourage people to forgive and give another a second chance or another chance in their lives
• To let the people who fall, start all over again
• To comfort those who fell or make a mistake to repent and be forgiven

 “How to be loved by others”

Problems: Thai people wanted to be loved but never been taught how they can be loved and to love others. Plus,Thai people are conservative and have never been taught how to express their love. To them, to express the love by hugging or kissing in public is embarrassing. Consequently, they do not know how to express their love to their loved ones and their loved one are not feel loved. Pain of being rejected occurred as a result. 

Objective and goal: To teach them how to love others and how to make others love them and to express it properly.

“Dare to be different”

Problems: Thai people in Bangkok are very materialistic. They value people by what they wear, what they have or what their titles are. They do not value people of their inside quality. Consequently, people try to wear brand name items, drive expensive car and live beyond the means. Some young people become prostitutes voluntarily to earn the money to buy brand name items.

Objective and goal:

• To promote the real value of oneself, the inner purity
• To promote those who have already known the true value but have been suffered by the wrong concept in society
• To allow the poor young kid not to feel inferior but superior
• To teach them not to follow the wrong concept and dare to be different in a good way
