My Background

Sirinart Heckman has serves the Lord as a missionary to Bangkok, Thailand under during the past three years. Her passion is to reach the nation of Thailand with the gospel proclamation via radio and TV program and to help the people build up their lives on the foundation of the Lord Jesus Christ. Even though, she has become an US citizen, she volunteers to go back to Thailand to fulfill the call of Lord.

Before accepting the Lord’s call to the ministry, she has 25 years of experience in international public relations and advertising. Her secular careers include a Director of Public Relations of Shangri-La Hotel International, and General Manager of Advertising and Public Relations Company owned by Former Prime Minster of Thailand. Her honors include working as a Director of Public Relations of Special Olympic, USA in Thailand, 1994, Director of Public Relations of Real Estate Association, 1993, and being selected as one of the 50 top business executives of Bangkok, 1994.

To be well prepared to serve the Lord in Bangkok, she is now working on her master degree in Practical Theology at the Regent University, VA. She expects to graduate in June 2006. Not only she speaks fluently both Thai and English, but also she knows Buddhism and Thai cultures very well. With this background, she is gifted to use the words of God to apply to the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of the Thai people as a counselor. Led by the Holy Spirit, she has a wide experience in counseling to both believers and non-believers alike with substantial evidences of miracles performed by God to confirm the Gospel she is called to preach.

My Personal Theology of Mission

TMN is a mission that is based on the belief that only Jesus can save sinners from hell and give them salvation. Christianity is more than a religion. Only through Jesus, man can have eternal life, purpose of life and forgiveness of sin. With this belief, all team members of TMN have strong compassion for the lost, especially, in Thailand. We have a strong passion for them to experience salvation by faith in only one true God. I, myself voluntarily left the career in the secular section to spend the rest of my life to serve Him. Since the year 2002, I have been working on my master degree in Practical Theology at the Regent University with the aim to fulfill the call of God in my life as a missionary to Thailand. There are several substantial evidences in giving me confidence that God calls me to fulfill this mission.

I was a former Buddhist and know the beliefs, the strengths, and weaknesses of Buddhists in Thailand. Not only that I speak the language and know the culture, but also I have the local connections to establish my own organizations. I also know all the rules and regulations of the land. Moreover, I do not need a visa to go and stay in this country. The quota for missionaries to go into Thailand is full. In fact, sending a missionary to his or her country of origin should be a new ideal strategy for this decade. A number of foreigners from hundreds of countries all over the world are here as students in USA. It is easier to win them to Christ while they are here than in their countries, make them disciples for Christ and send them back to their own countries with compassion for the lost. Therefore, send me back to be a missionary in my own country after I graduate.

The Great Commission

The Great Commission (Matthew 28: 18-20) has always been the desire of my heart. Not only that I have the passion to win soul, but also I have always actually won them. The Holy Spirit has revealed Himself obviously to me that He is always with me leading and guiding me in making disciples for Christ. I have never been alone when I fulfill the Great Commission. When I see the unsaved in trouble, whether they are physically, emotionally or spiritual sick, I always have a strong desire to go tell them about Jesus Christ. When they accept the Lord, I pray for them to be baptized with the Holy Spirit and spend time teaching them to make them grow and be true disciples.

My Experience

I believe that the Holy Spirit has given me the spiritual gifts to make disciples through counseling for conversion. When I counsel with them, the Holy Spirit always let me know what to say and how to say it. Through one–on-one counseling for conversion, I have won around 100 people to Christ. I usually start by providing them with counseling for their problems and then pray to ask Jesus to answer their prayers. The Holy Spirit is working with me by confirming the gospel with a number of miracles: the girls were healed of cancer in the blood, my father was healed from stroke, the girl was delivered from demon possessed, one woman was delivered from pain of guilt, three women were healed from broken hearted instantly, a young boy was healed in the forest instantly, one young man was healed from eye decease instantly and did not have to have the operation on the next day, one lady was healed of last staged lymphoma, the girls received full scholarships to study abroad and many have experienced what are impossible possible for them and etc. Most of the prayers were answered and most of them come back to me to accept the Lord as their Savior. Not only the spiritual gifts: gift of healing the sick and the broken hearted, the gift of evangelism, but the fact that the Holy Spirit is always with me inspire me greatly to go back to do this mission in Thailand.

My dominant spiritual and ministries gifts are gift of the word of wisdom, evangelist and leadership. My subordinate spiritual gifts are gift of faith, healing and the word of knowledge. Additionally, when I preach or teach, I feel the strong anointing of the Holy Spirit every time.

My Direction

My life, ministry and profession have direction because I know what unsaved Thais need, my qualifications that God has rebuilt to carry on this mission and, most important of all, what Jesus has to offer can fill their spiritual physical and emotional needs. Thai people in Bangkok need desperately the ethical teachings of Jesus, the power, the true love and the eternal life that only Jesus can give. They need to be delivered from the bondage of Satan and to walk in complete freedom in Christ Jesus, in order to increase their qualities of life.

Why I love My Jesus

I love Him for He first loves me. He had tried to save me even though I was born a Buddhist. Although I had not given Him my attention and rejected Him many times, He continued to persist to give His love for me. I had sought for true love and the meaning of my life but I had never looked at Him. Nevertheless, He had never given up on me. He knew how to win my heart. He intervened into my life and miraculously healed my two sons whom suffered from severe sicknesses for eight consecutive years. I was impressed. However, I told him I was not worth His love; I am a sinner. He said He had bored the consequences of my sins. He died for me on the cross to pay the penalty for my sins, so I did not have to do it myself. Then, He allowed me to see how He was tortured for me, the strips on His back, the nails on His hands and legs and the blood He had shed for me on the cross. I cried hard and asked Him why and He said, “Because I love you.”

Since then, my sons and I accepted Him as my Savior and my Lord. He has not yet finished with me, though. He wanted to include me as part of His family, to have His nature and have new life in Him. He even wants to be my great provider. I had been a single mother for 13 years, always been struggling, living in fear and never found true love all my life. How could I live my new life with love, joy and security? I could not hold back my tears. Additionally, He gave me the best gift, the Holy Spirit to live with me and in me. He has transformed me inside out. It was not easy. Before I met Him, I had lived in darkness all my life. He bought me out of darkness, convicted me of my sin and brought me to true repentance. Many parts of me have been broken for some parts were too hard to bend. I have become a born again Christian and learned how to live with the Holy Spirit everyday. My soul has been healed and I now know what true freedom is. He gave me the revelation to understand His words to apply them to my life and others’. He is my teacher. He makes me grow spiritually.

He started to use me in His ministry. At the beginning, not knowing much of Him, His rules and theology, only having a passion in my heart to save the souls of those like former me, He led me to bring several Buddhists to Christ. As I told them about my testimony and the gospel, He has always confirmed them by answering prayers and performing miracles. The sick received healing, some instantly, the broken hearted got mended, the abused were freed, and the addicted were delivered. Miracles have happened all the times. Not only the miracles amazed those who I witnessed and come to Christ but they amazed me. I knew that I was not even deserved to be saved but yet He used me and always with me. As I grow up in Him, 15 years of experience of living with Him and serving Him, I am now ready to go back to my home country to serve Him in Thailand.

It is all about love; it is all about Him, my Jesus.
